Service Description
(NO PET YET) During this 60 minute evaluation we inspect your home environment and give you tips on what kind of equipment you will need to purchase prior to you getting your pet. We will show you where we recommend you place your equipment and remove items that may pose a safety threat to an animal. Additionally, we will discuss your future pet and what needs your pet has and what type of training will be needed. ***NOTE: As a courtesy, the cost of the evaluation can be applied toward * package services only you sign up for. Session time runs 45 minutes w/15 minute Q & A. Extra time will be allotted on a case by case basis. ****When you're ready to Book your service, after selecting the "Book Now" button, select the Paypal option to finish your booking. This way you're eligible to receive a FREE gift! Remember, you can pay with a credit card too when you select Paypal.

Returns We give refunds within 14 days of purchase for most unused packages, including daycare and training packages. For unused services like Pet Sitting, Dog Boarding, and House Sitting, we give full refunds. To be eligible for a return: The package must be unused A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided. Non-Returnable Items: Used Packages Gift cards If you're unsure of anything, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. We may request photos or additional information to process your return. 2. Refunds Once your return is processed with an agent, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved: A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Used Packages are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., repeated tardiness, negligence, disorderly conduct). Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., when you cancel your service within 4 days after purchase). 3.
