Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

To ensure the best experience for all our clients and their pets, SMPPETS maintains the following refund and cancellation policy:

 

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement

 

• First Session / Daycare: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time of their pet's first session or daycare "test drive" to be eligible for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

 

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost, or the session may be forfeited without a refund at our discretion.

 

2. No-Shows

 

• Failure to show up for a scheduled first session or daycare appointment without any prior notice will result in the full charge of the service. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

 

3. SMPPETS Cancellations

 

• If SMPPETS needs to cancel or reschedule your first session due to emergencies, extreme weather, or vehicle maintenance (for Lick Van Paw), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or immediate priority rescheduling.
