Welcome to SMPPETS. By accessing our website (www.smppets.blog) and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

SMPPETS provides pet-related services including, but not limited to:

Sniffari Club: Group/individual dog excursions.
Lick Van Paw: Mobile sensory and enrichment sessions.
Pet Taxi & Concierge: Local transport and assistance.
Training & Consultation: Adult Dog Reboot and puppy guidance.

2. Booking and Payments

Reservations: Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a formal confirmation email.
Fees: All prices are as listed at the time of booking. SMPPETS reserves the right to change pricing for future bookings at any time.
Test Drives: New clients for daycare or group activities may be required to complete a "test drive" evaluation to ensure pet compatibility and safety.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session cost.
Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. In the event of inclement weather or equipment failure (e.g., Lick Van Paw vehicle issues), we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

4. Pet Health and Safety

Vaccinations: Owners must provide proof that pets are up-to-date on all locally required vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, etc.).
Behavior: Owners must disclose any history of aggression. SMPPETS reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk to staff or other animals.
Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, SMPPETS will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If unreachable, we are authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

5. Liability

Owner Responsibility: Owners are liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet to SMPPETS property, staff, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pets, SMPPETS is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or loss of property that occur during or after participation in our services, provided we have followed standard safety protocols.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on smppets.blog, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SMPPETS and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our blog or social media pages, you agree not to:

Post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
Attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality.
Use our contact forms for unsolicited marketing (SPAM).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
